Piatti and House of Mila's (Cactus Group, Kuwait), I led two projects with distinct strategies. At Piatti, I built a CRM strategy centred on loyalty and customer experience. At House of Mila's, I used third-party delivery data and analytics to optimise a delivery alliance—tailoring the offering by geography and demographics, forecasting STAR items, and designing a live performance dashboard that fed a cross-selling and loyalty initiative linking delivery back to dine-in.
For House of Mila's, my approach was shaped by data. Having reviewed third-party delivery figures and wider analytics, I took the strategic decision to optimise an alliance with a third-party delivery partner—tailoring the catering offering by geography and demographics per area, and prioritising items suited to delivery rather than dine-in.
The challenge was twofold: persuading stakeholders to commit to a high-leverage operation that carried genuine gaps, and doing so within a two-month timeline that was tight for something requiring execution, measurement, and adjustment. Despite this, I produced a forecast of STAR items and designed a live dashboard to track performance—drawing on customer data to feed a cross-selling and loyalty initiative that reconnected the delivery strategy to the dine-in experience.

The Private Dinner Room is one of the most iconic spaces at Piatti from full house into a private dining area. We have used speed shutter shooting technique in-order to enhance the focus on the general space.

What is Piatti, concept visualisation that reflects the brand and restaurant experience. One of the key points I focused on is to use a real Italian voice over bridging the brand with its authentic sense.

With Alpha Medical and the Osteology Foundation (Basel, Switzerland), I led the first Osteology Conference to be held in Kuwait.
The role centred on coordinating between Kuwait and the Foundation's HQ to ensure smooth operations for visitors, lecturers, and professors throughout the event.
I managed the venue requirements and post-event deliverables, and oversaw live interviews with the Head of Periodontology in Kuwait—strengthening relationships with professionals in the field and opening educational and research opportunities in Switzerland.

Alpha Medical Annual KDC Exhibition and Conference - 2024 - 25
For Alpha Medical, hand in hand with senior management, I was proud to be managing the annual exhibition from concept to execution—booth layout and design, production, and all marketing collaterals—alongside hosting on-stand interviews and meetings with doctors, professionals, and potential partners to drive engagement and business development.

CEO, Dr George Saba, and Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Nawaf Al-Dousari, Consultant Prosthodontist and Director at Al-Jahra Military Hospital under the Ministry of Defence.

Dr Catalina Matei, Restoration Dentist
We have worked closely with Dr Catalina Matei building a personal and professional profile. First the location was our main concern as we needed a space with creative modern ambience and there was no better than Arcadia Furniture Showroom - Design District Mall at Shuwaikh Industrial. We produced a Series of talk that is worth watching, short, precise and objective.
We didn't want to shoot a typical interview, but to elevate it to a natural talk, scripting questions that concerns patients who aren't necessarily aware of how the industry work and what female doctors experience on day to day life. We didn't just bring a professional doctor on board, Dr Catalina is a mother, an entrepreneur and a beautiful human.
Arcadia represents the finest and most iconic luxury furniture
Arcadia, I led the photography for the first Kuwait showroom openings of luxury Italian houses Mutina and Salvatori, working directly with their Milan HQs to meet exacting global brand guidelines. The standout challenge was Salvatori—capturing the delicate detail of marble within a precise window of natural light to produce imagery approved for the brands' global outlets.
A couple of things to confirm: Was the Milan reference the location of the HQs you coordinated with, or did the shoot itself take place in Milan? I read it as the showrooms being in Kuwait and the brand HQs in Italy—let me know if that's right. And was this solo photography work, or part of a team? I'll adjust the framing to match.
Design District Centre
A short promotional reel developed to showcase the mall's real estate leasing opportunities—crafted to highlight the property's prime location, footfall potential, and premium retail environment, positioning it as a destination for prospective tenants and investors.
EMRC, a cement facility based in Sulaibiya, I was engaged directly by the board of directors and the CEO of Sanam Holding to work alongside senior management on the company's full marketing and digital foundation.
The scope spanned developing the marketing strategy, building the website framework and information architecture, leading content development, and providing creative direction—establishing a cohesive brand and digital presence aligned with the company's positioning and leadership vision.
For the video direction, I moved away from a conventional slow-motion aesthetic in favour of speed ramping—using dynamic shifts in pace to inject energy and momentum into the footage. Each sequence was deliberately paired with specific marketing messages, so the visual rhythm reinforced the narrative of the company's relaunch rather than simply decorating it.
Abyan Building & Construction Company - 3D Concrete Technology.
Appointed by the CEO of Sanam Holding Group as Marketing Consultant for Abyan, I worked alongside Dr Ahmed Alnassim to develop and uplift the brand. The work spanned brand strategy, a custom sonic identity (logo tune), film direction and montage with third-party partners, content strategy, website frames, social media launch, and commercial support across sales strategy, sales training, and market adaptation.
One thing to confirm: Is Abyan a subsidiary or investment held by Sanam Holding Group (I read it that way—"part of Sanam investment")? And what sector does Abyan operate in? Adding that would strengthen the entry, since it gives context to the strategy and market-adaptation work—let me know and I'll fold it in.
